The room was cozy and cute, but we heard noise from next door.

The breakfast was good overall, but
I was surprised to find an extra charge for milk with my coffee, which felt unnecessary. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the thin walls made it easy to hear conversations in the hallways. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable rooms, perfect for our group getaway. The location made it easy to explore the park and local shops. Don’t miss the impressive rooftop views! Just a heads up, the parking isn’t directly at the hotel, and you’ll need to park a couple of blocks away. But overall, we would definitely return!
We did encounter some noise issues from a neighboring disco that made it tough to sleep before 11 PM. It was definitely a distraction during our stay.

This charming hotel had a beautiful garden area that was perfect for my kids to play in. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast with locally sourced options, and my children loved the cozy rooftop terrace where we spent some quality family time taking in the volcano views.
My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

Couples seeking charm
The staff was very accommodating! They actually packed us a full bag with food and drinks because we had to leave early for a climb. This was above and beyond!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given the value, I’d say it was still acceptable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to the park and shopping. The staff were helpful, eager to assist whenever we needed something. Also, the rooftop views were stunning when the weather was nice.
Unfortunately, loud late-night noises from nearby venues made it tough to get a good night's sleep. It was a pretty irritating distraction during our stay.

The historical charm of the building stands out, offering beautiful aesthetics and a spacious room with a lovely garden view. Breakfast had good options, but I found it frustrating to be charged for tortillas while other items were complimentary. The lack of soundproofing next to a nearby disco created a significant noise issue, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, the strict rules regarding towel use felt excessive, detracting from the overall experience.

I really enjoyed chilling out in the beautiful courtyard and the cozy double room, which had a fan for added comfort. There were plenty of lounging spots to relax after a long day, like the lovely garden area and a little patio. The only thing was the breakfast could've started a bit earlier, but overall, it was a nice stay! 😊

great service but need soundproofing
The staff were extremely responsive and made all the arrangements for our transportation smoothly. The breakfast included local dishes that were delicious and varied, providing a real taste of the culture. Our room was spacious with essential toiletries stocked, which added to the comfort of our stay. The garden view from the premises was lovely, creating a serene ambiance that enhanced our experience.
The walls were thin making it hard to avoid noise from neighboring rooms.
